Of course there's more, but I can only put a certain amount of stuff on this site before Tripod makes me pay for it!!
It's simple, The Rock is the most entertaining performer in wrestling today. He has pure ring talent which just keeps improving by the day, and mic skills that are top-notch. He dresses well and has that cocky attitude. I love how he refers to himself in the third person all the time. Just when you think his catchphrases are getting old, he finds someone new to try them on or makes up new ones. And yes, he does write all his own sayings! Just to avoid accusations of being a bandwagon jumper, I've been an fan of Maivia since his first heel turn when he joined the NOD. I can even say I enjoyed watching him in the ring during his first babyface run. I was at a TV taping two nights after his debut in '96 where he turned down Jim Cornette's offer to manage him. A wise move for sure on Maivia's part. He has developed a lot over the last two and a half years.
